摘要
目的探讨颈椎管狭窄并颈椎损伤手术的治疗以及术后的护理。方法选取我院自2009年2月～2010年7月期间收治的14例颈椎管狭窄并颈椎损伤患者,使用颈椎前路或后路手术进行治疗,手术后使用体位的护理、引流管的护理、渗血的护理、留置导尿管的护理、肠道功能紊乱的护理以及心理护理的方式。结果使用合理的护理措施,取得了很好的效果。结论加强术后的护理工作,可以降低并发症的发生。
Objective To investigate the the surgical treatment and postoperative care of the cervical spinal canal stenosis and cervical spine injury. Methods In our hospital, 14 cases of the cervical spinal canal stenosis and cervical spine injury were treated from February 2009 to February 2010 with cervical anterior or posterior surgery for treatment.After the surgery we use the position of post-operative care, drainage tube oozing care, indwelling catheter, gastro-intestinal disorders, nursing and psychological care. Results To use reasonable care measures, and achieve good results. Conclusion Intensive postoperative care can reduce the incidence of complications.
