血清前列腺特异性抗原检测在慢性前列腺炎分型中的应用 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨血清前列腺特异性抗原对慢性前列腺分型的意义,以供临床参考。方法将我院2010年3月～2011年7月收治的II型前列腺炎患者30例、IIIa型前列腺炎27例和IIIb型前列腺炎23例,及同期在我院进行健康体检者35例作为本次实验。分别检测四组被检者的血清前列腺特异性抗原,比较是否存在差异。结果三组前列腺炎患者的血清前列腺特异性抗原值均高于健康者,P<0.05,差异均有统计学意义。其中II型>IIIa型>IIIb型,三组间比较差异明显,P<0.05。结论使用血清前列腺特异性抗原检测在慢性前列腺炎分型中具有一定的价值。
