摘要
目的:探讨高频超声图像和能量多普勒血流表现对乳腺癌诊断的价值。方法:选择130例经手术病理证实为乳腺癌的患者,对其乳腺癌高频声像图与能量多普勒血流特点进行回顾性分析,与病理进行对照。结果:乳腺癌的高频声像图表现及能量多普勒血流具有明显特点,脉冲多普勒频谱阻力指数(RI)>0.7。结论:使用高频二维超声结合能量多普勒的血流特点可以进一步提高乳腺癌的诊断符合率。
Objective： To explore the values of high frequency ultrasonography and color Doppler flow imaging （CDFI） for diagnosis of breast cancer. Methods： A total of 130 patients diagnosed as breast cancer by postoperative pathological examination were selected, and the high frequency uhrasonography and CDFI characteristics were analyzed retrospectively, then the results were compared with patholog- ical results. Results： High frequency uhrasonography and CDFI of breast cancer had obvious characteristics, the resistance index （RI） of pulsed Doppler echocardiography spectrum was more than 0. 7. Conclusion： High frequency two - dimensional ultrasound combined with CDFI characteristics can further improve the diagnostic coincidence rate of breast cancer.
