摘要
目的建立更准确的注射液含量测定计算方式。方法通过对一定百分浓度的注射液计算其含量,分别用标示装量和实际平均装量计算,可能引起合格与不合格两种结论。结果实际平均装量更接近注射液的真实含量。结论用实际平均装量代替标示装量的方法,准确、可靠,可用于注射液的质量控制。
Objective To establish more accurate determination method for calculating. Methods By calculating the content in injection about certain percentage concentration, May cause the qualified and unquali- fied two conclusions using the marked capacity and actual average capacity respectively. The actual average ca- pacity is more close to the real content in injection. Results The method using actual average capacity instead of marked capacity is accurate and reliable, Can be used for the quality control of the injection.
