摘要
论文在组织结构评价指标体系构建原则下,从与图书馆实际的匹配性、对外部环境的适应性、运行速度、协同性、先进性及服务绩效等六个方面,设计了图书馆组织结构评价的指标体系,同时运用模糊数学中的模糊综合评判法,构建高校图书馆组织结构评价模型,旨在为图书馆改进和完善组织结构提供了方法和依据。
Guided by the principle of evaluation system of organization structure, and according to the matching principle, the adaptability of the external environment, running velocity, coordination, advancement, service performance and so on six aspects, this paper designs the evaluation system of library's organization structure. At the same time, it uses fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to construct the evaluation model of university library's organization structure hoping to provide a method and basis for library's organization structure adjustment and optimization.
