摘要
采用二甲基乙酰胺(DMAc)为溶剂配制不同共混比的聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)和聚醚酰亚胺(PEI)共混溶液,用锥板式黏度计研究了PVDF/PEI共混溶液的流变性能。结果表明:PVDF/PEI共混溶液表观黏度与剪切速率呈线性相关;当PVDF/PEI质量比为9/1时,共混溶液的零切黏度明显降低,非牛顿指数和黏流活化能出现极值;随着PEI含量的增加,黏流活化能急剧增大。
The blend solution of polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) and polyetherimide (PEI) was prepared with different mass ratio using dimethyl acetamide (DMAc) as a solvent. The theological behavior of PVDF/PEI blend solution was studied with a cone and plate viscometer. The results showed that the apparent viscosity of PVDF/PEI blend solution had a linear correlation with shear rate; and the zero shear viscosity of the blend solution profoundly reduced and the non-Newtonian index and viscous flow activation energy appeared extreme values when the PVDF/PEI mass ratio was 9/1 ; and the viscous flow activation energy sharply increased with the increase of PEI content.
