摘要
文章建立沥青混合料小梁的数值试件,以应力强度因子KⅠ值及J积分值为控制指标,分析小梁的尺寸效应并给出合理的网格密度;通过断裂力学的分析方法,在不同尺寸的数值试件中分别选择一系列的网格划分方式,对相应的控制指标进行曲线拟合。结果表明:在不同尺寸的数值试件中,控制指标计算值与试件网格密度的大小均成正相关变化,但逐渐趋于稳定;小梁数值试件存在合理的网格密度,但对不同尺寸的试件该值存在差异。通过Matlab GUI对计算结果建立交互界面,能直接给出不同尺寸试件的合理网格密度。
The numerical specimens of asphalt mixture beams are established, and taking the stress intensity factor KI and J integral value as the control indexes, the size effect of the beams is analyzed and the reasonable mesh densities of the beams are found out. By the analysis method of fracture mechanics, a series of meshing schemes are used in different sizes of numerical specimens, and the curves of corresponding control indexes are fitted. It is observed that the calculation values of control indexes have positive correlation changes with the growth of mesh density and they tend to be stable gradually. There are reasonable mesh densities for the numerical specimens, but these values are various for different sizes of specimens. The Matlab GUI is used to establish the graphical user interface, which can give reasonable mesh densities for different sizes of specimens.
