摘要
目的:探讨高频超声对正常半月板非负重状态下运动形态的变化。方法:选择49例自愿人群的膝关节正常内侧半月板67个,把膝关节放在特制固定角度120°、60°的三角架上,描绘测量膝关节在伸直位180°、120°、60°状态下内侧半月板的形态变化,记录半月板三角形形态的各径线值。结果:膝关节由伸直位180°、120°、60°完全屈曲位时,67个正常内侧半月板在高频超声下可见直观的运动形态的变化。结论:当膝关节由伸直位到完全屈曲位时,正常的内侧半月板向膝关节后外方向运动。
Objective To study the value of high frequency ultrasound in normal meniscus movement morphology on no weight state. Method We chose 67 normal meniscus in 49 knee join of voluntary patients. Put the knee on the tripod with 180° .120° .60°and re- cord the movement morphology of medial normal meniscus. Results We saw the visualized movement morphology of normal meniscus on 180° -120° -60°. Conclusion The medial normal meniscus has a posterolateral movement morphology when knee is moved.
