摘要
里分作为武汉传统住宅形式中的一种,具有其独特的一面,里分在武汉的发展和地域性民居的历史中也有着极其重要的意义。然而随着城市的发展和扩张,城市中心区的建筑逐渐走向了衰亡和没落,大型的城市中心商务区正逐渐取代了这些老旧的里分,取而代之的是高大的写字楼和大型的购物广场,比如江汉路步行街的扩大,使"花楼街"这个词,永远地停留在了历史中,又或者吉庆街的改造,就是拆除了原来的两座里坊而新建的。面对这种传统的居住单元,我们应该怀着保留和保护的心情来对他们进行改造,让他们在新的时期里焕发新的活力,从而远离拆除的命运。
