我国低浓度职业性苯暴露对人体外周血白细胞数影响的Meta分析 被引量:17

Influence of Low Level Occupational Benzene Exposure on Human Peripheral Blood Leukocyte Counts: a Meta-Analysis

摘要 目的探讨低浓度职业性苯暴露对人体外周血白细胞数的影响。方法通过计算机联网检索和手工检索中国知网(CNKI)、维普、Web of science和PubMed四大数据库,搜集了国内外2000年1月—2011年8月期间公开发表的关于低浓度职业性苯暴露条件下人体外周血白细胞计数变化的研究。按照纳入与排除标准,选择4篇文献6个独立研究案例进行Meta分析。结果低浓度职业性苯暴露的人群检出外周血白细胞异常率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(Z=6.42,P<0.01,OR=3.96,95%CI为2.60~6.03)。结论职业接触低浓度苯会导致暴露人群检出外周血白细胞异常率相对升高,可为我国今后修订苯职业接触限值和我国环境空气VOCs基准相关研究提供一定的科学依据。 Objective To investigate the influence of low level occupational benzene exposure; on human peripheral blood leukocyte counts. Methods Related papers published during Jan. 2000 to Aug.2011 were retrieved and collected from CNKI, VIP, Web of science and PubMed through computer network search and manual search methods. According to the inclusion and exclusion standard, the results of six studies included in four study literatures were analyzed with Meta-analysis. Results The abnormal probability of human peripheral blood leukocyte counts in the group exposed to the low level occupational benzene was significantly higher than those in the control group (OR=3.96,95% CI:2.60-6.03). Conclusion Low level occupational benzene exposure may increase the abnormal probability of human peripheral blood leukocyte counts, the result can provide a scientific basis for the future revision of occupational benzene exposure limit in China.
