摘要
安徽流波水电站碾压混凝土拱坝在施工过程中,坝体相继出现了坝面及廊道贯穿性裂缝、层间裂缝等不同类型裂缝,且包括诱导缝(横缝)在内的各种裂缝均有不同程度的渗(漏)水现象。根据对碾压混凝土配合比、施工进度及坝体过水情况的分析,认为裂缝形成原因主要体现在原材料质量控制、施工组织设计、层面处理、温控措施等方面。为此采取了相应的表面封闭、灌浆及并缝等处理措施。而且,本文结合裂缝处理效果分析,提出了碾压混凝土坝在施工质量控制过程应注意的若干问题。
During the construction of the roller compacted concrete arch dam of Liubo Hydropower Station in Anhui Province, various cracks such as the penetrated cracks, inter-layer cracks, etc. occur on the dam surface and inside of the gallery in the dam body, furthermore, various phenomena of seepage (leakage) with different degrees appear from all the cracks including the inducing joints ( transverse joints). In accordance with the analysis on the mixture ratio for the roller compacted concrete, the construction progress and the water flowing over the dam, it is considered that the causations of the formation of cracks are mainly from the aspects of quality control of the raw materials, the construction organization design, treatment on the placement surface, temperature control, etc. Therefore, the corresponding treatment measures, e. g. surface sealing, grouting, joint con- junction, etc. are made therein. Moreover, several key points, to those attention must be paid during the quality control for the construction of the roller compacted concrete dam, are also put forward in combination with the analysis on the effect of the treatment of the cracks.
