摘要
结合我国旅游业向综合性产业发展的现状,以市场需求为基础分析了人才培养中存在的问题,提出课程改革中应准确市场定位、特色化办学、课程设置动态化和综合化,分析了适应工作过程的课程设置方法,并提出通识课程、专业基础课、模块核心课程、动态课程分别占20%,15%,55%,10%的方案,以为高职院校课程改革提供借鉴.
Based on the status quo of China's tourism industry development and the market demand, the author analyzes the problems in personnel training. The paper proposes that the curriculum reform should be accurate in market positioning, be distinctive in school-running, be dynamic and integrated in curriculum design. It analyzes the curriculum design methods adapting to working process and proposes the general course, basic course, the module core curriculum, dynamic course account for 20%, 15%, 55% and 10% respectively, in order to provide a reference for the course reforms of the vocational colleges.
