摘要
采用LabVIEW软件开发平台,针对直流电机调速系统,设计了电机转速数据采集与处理虚拟仪器系统。系统通过传感器获得电机转速数据进行处理,单片机MPC82G516产生PWM信号控制电机转速,并采用LabVIEW软件实现对数据的实时跟踪与显示。通过对实验板的测试,并对数据进行分析,结果显示系统实时性好,稳定性能好,具有较好的调速效果。
Based on LabVIEW platform, for the DC motor speed regulation system, a virtual instrument system of motor speed data acquisition and processing is designed. Motor speed data is acquired through the sensor and output PWM signal to control the motor speed by MPC82GS16, and real-time data tracking and display are realized based on LabVIEW. Through testing on the experimental board and analysing the data, the results show that the system has good real-time performance, good stability, and better control effect.
