摘要
目的:探究不同剂量迷迭香提取物对D-半乳糖致衰老小鼠血清和心脏氧化损伤的保护作用。方法:采用D-半乳糖颈背部皮下注射法制备衰老小鼠模型,同时按规定需求配方拌鼠粮,向其中添加不同剂量迷迭香提取物(100、300、600mg/kg体重)药物给予治疗。实验六周后,将动物处死,获取小鼠血清和心脏组织匀浆,用紫外分光光度计分别对SOD、GSH-PX、CAT的活力及MDA含量进行检测。结果:不同剂量迷迭香提取物给药组与D-半乳糖模型组相比,各给药组均可显著提高D-半乳糖模型小鼠血清和心脏组织中SOD(p<0.01)、GSH-PX(p<0.05)和CAT(p<0.05或p<0.001)的活力,同时明显降低MDA(p<0.05或p<0.01或p<0.001)含量。结论:迷迭香提取物可通过提高抗氧化酶活性,显著提高亚急性衰老小鼠的抗氧化能力,且以高剂量组效果最好。
Objective..To study the protective effect of rosemary extract in different doses on antioxidant abilities in serum and heart in aged mice induced by D-galactose. Methods:The aging mice were established with D- galactose by nape subcutaneous injection,and adding different doses of rosemary extract (100,300,600mg/ kg-bw) drug by mixing rat food according to the stated requirement formula to give treatment. After six weeks, the animal executed,obtained the serum and heart homogenate of mice,and the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) ,activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px),catalase(CAT) were detected by using the ultraviolet spectrophotometer. Results.Compared with the D-galactose model group,rosemary extract in different doses evidently improved the SOD(p〈0.01 ),CAT(p〈0.05 or p〈0.001 ),GSH-Px(p〈0.05) activities and reduced the MDA(p〈0.05 or p〈0.01 or p〈0.001 )content in serum and heart in mice. Conclusion: Rosemary extract could improve the antioxidant enzymes activity and obviously increase the antioxidant ability of mice,especially the high dose.
