摘要
本文应用APAAP方法对 541例患者的流感病毒A(FluA)、流感病毒B(FluB)、副流感病毒 2 (PIV2 )、副流感病毒 1.3(PIV1.3)、腺病毒 3.7(ADV3.7)以及合胞病毒 (RSV)进行了检测 ,用ELISA法检测了 71例患者血清中的抗ADV和RSV抗体。结果显示呼吸道感染组阳性率为4 6 .6 % (2 0 8/44 6 ) ,非感染性疾病组阳性率为 13.7% (13/95)。ADV和RSV抗原与抗体检测的符合率达 92 .9% (6 5/71)。说明APAAP方法检测呼吸道病毒具有灵敏度高和特异性 ,而且操作简捷。
Influenza virus A and influenza virus B, parainfluenza virus 2 and 1.3, adenovirus and respiratory syncytial virus were measured by APAAP in 541 patients. At the same time, serum samples were taken, and immunoglobulin M of antibodies against adenovirus and respiratory syncytial virus were measured by ELISA.The results showed that the positive rates were 46.6%(208/446) in respiratory infection group and 13.7%(13/95) in control group, respectively. The conformation rate was 92.9%(65/71) in antigens and antibodies. So APAAP had a higher sensitivity and selectivity, and it had a simple procedure.
