摘要 目的 :麻黄是小青龙片中的君药 ,为确保本药品的质量 ,建立了麻黄中两个活性成分 :麻黄碱和伪麻黄碱的定量分析方法。方法 :采用HPCE测定麻黄碱和伪麻黄碱的含量。测定波长为 192nm ,最佳电泳条件为 5 0mmol/L硼酸缓冲液 ,pH =9.3 ;电压为 2 0kV、温度为 2 5°C、毛细管为 5 6cm× 5 0 μm。 结果 :麻黄碱和伪麻黄碱为基线分离 ;平均回收率分别为 96.2 2 % - 93 .60 % ;回归方程分别为Y =64 .2X +3 .92 ,Y =4 2 .99X +2 .4 6。结论 :此法简捷、快速。 Objective: Herba Ephedrae (Ma Huang) is the monarch drug in XiaoQingLong tablet (a Chinese patent medicine). To guarantee the quality of XiaoQingLong, a HPCE method was established to separate and determine two active constituents: Ephedrine and Pseudoephedrine in Herba Ephedrae. Methods: The Ephedrine and Pseudoephedrine were detected on 192nm by HPCE. The optimized condition was 50mmol/L boronic acid buffer, pH=9.3; at voltage of 20kV、temperature at 25°C and the capillary was 56cm×50μm. Results: Ephedrine and Pseudoephedrine were separated baselinely. The average recoveries were 96.2%, 93.6% and regression equations were Y=64.2X+3.92,Y=42.99X+2.46 respectively.
