非心脏手术围术期的抗血小板治疗策略进展 被引量：1

摘要 作为冠心病的重要治疗措施,经皮冠脉介入治疗临床应用广泛,术后的抗血小板治疗对预防冠脉支架术后支架内血栓形成及再发心肌梗死等严重不良心脏事件起重要的作用,但双联抗血小板治疗会增加非心脏手术术中出血风险,因此,临床医生应合理权衡抗血小板治疗的手术出血风险与停用抗血小板治疗的血栓形成风险,制定个体化方案,帮助患者顺利实施手术,同时保障患者从长期抗血小板治疗中获益,并最大限度地减少不良事件的发生。
