摘要
目的 :量化探讨单种群杆菌简单波动生长的过程 ,定量认识单种群杆菌产生简单波动的原因。方法 :以奇异变形杆菌为研究对象 ,以生物实验研究方法和数学演绎推理二者结合进行讨论。结果 :在经典Logistic模型基础上 ,得到描述单种群杆菌简单波动生长的推广Logistic模型。结论 :该模型及解定量直观地反映了细菌增殖 -扩散 -增殖的自组织过程。
Objective: To quantitate the study of the progress and causes of the simple wave growth of a single bacillus population. Methods: The laboratory technique of biological observation and mathematical analysis were used to study the growth of proteus mirabilis. Results: On the basis of classic logistic model, an improved logistic model for the simple wave growth of a single bacillus population of Proteus mirabilis was obtained. Conclusion: Our model and its solution directly reveal the auto organization process of proliferation spreading proliferation of Proteus mirabilis.
