摘要
目的 :评价钙离子选择性微电极(Ca2 + ISME)对原位牙菌斑Ca2 +检测、分析的可行性及其意义。方法 :采用自制的中性载体Ca2 + ISME直接测试牙菌斑中的Ca2 + ,并对Ca2 + ISME进行了进一步的改进。结果 :聚氯乙烯毛细管与玻璃毛细管制备的电极具有类似的性能 ,但在牙菌斑Ca2 +的测试中电位显示不稳定 ,波动幅度大 ,重复性差。结论 :Ca2 + ISME用于原位牙菌斑Ca2 +的测试尚有许多问题有待解决。
Objective: To evaluate the feasibility and significance of calcium ion selective microelectrodes (Ca2+ ISME) in measurement of Ca2+ of in situ human plaque. Methods: The Ca2+ ISME was improved and used in direct measurement of Ca2+ in human plaque. Results: The properties of measurement with both polyvinyl chloride and glass capillary electrodes were similar. However, the application of direct measurement of Ca2+ was not ideal in this study. Conclusion: Many problems remain to be solved in using Ca2+ ISME to measure Ca2+ in human plaque.
