摘要
利用拉伸试验方法研究了应变强化对圆形及条形焊接缺陷的影响,试验分析了不同的应变量、不同方向的应变强化、不同厚度的试样对圆形及条形缺陷的影响。结果表明:直径小于Ф2.5mm的圆形缺陷经3%、6%、9%应变强化后,缺陷增长率小于25%;薄板对圆形缺陷的影响大于较厚板对圆形缺陷的影响;横向拉伸大于纵向拉伸对圆形缺陷的影响。
By using tensile test method, the effect of strain strengthening of different thickness of samples with different variables and different direction to round and bar welding defects was analyzed in this paper. The result showed that: growth rate of round defects (whose diameter less than Ф2.5mm) is less than 25% with strain strengthening 3%, 6% and 9%. The influence of thinner sheet is greater than that of thicker sheet on round flaw, and the influence of horizontal stretch is more than that of vertical stretch on round flaw.
