摘要
近年来中国房地产市场异常繁荣、房价持续上涨,有人提出高房价会产生"财富效应",也有人认为高房价会对居民消费有"挤出效应"。文章运用实证分析方法研究高房价对居民消费的影响,通过论证表明现阶段中国的高房价对居民消费具有挤出效应,持续的高房价抑制消费,并增加未来储蓄,导致财富转移。

In this paper, the empirical analysis method for high prices to influence the consumption of the residents, Through verification, show that high prices for the consumption of the residents have extrusion effect, The continued high house prices limit consumption, and increase the future savings lead to the transfer of weahh.
