摘要
在借鉴国内外慢行交通系统规划理念的基础上,提出了适合大连市自身发展的慢行交通系统规划,并简述其战略目标及主要规划内容,采用分区分类的方法对大连主城区慢行系统作了详细规划,为同类研究创造了新的思路.
Based on a view of non-motorized transport system planning practice, a suitable plan is suggested for Dalian city. It outlines its strategic objective and key planning, and adopts a zoning classification method to the detailed non-motorized transport planning of the main city.
