摘要
为定期采集军队人员健康信息、建立标准统一的电子健康档案、实施健康评估和健康干预,我们设计了北京军区军队人员电子健康档案系统,包括系统架构、网络架构、逻辑结构、数据存储、数据交换及安全机制,为将我军人员纳入全国统一健康管理范围提供了平台。
For the regular collection of health information of military personnel,the establishment of the unified standard electronic health records and the implementation of the health assessment and health interference,we have designed the electronic health records system for the military personnel of some military region,and it involves system architecture,network architecture,logical structure,data storage,data exchange and security mechanisms.The system makes military personnel into a unified national health management range
