摘要
目的探讨高效手术团队的建设和运行效果。方法建立高效手术团队,强化理论学习和专业技能训练,制定和完善规章制度,加强沟通管理。实施前后对团队成员的个人满意度、手术综合情况满意度以及患者对手术的满意度进行测评。结果团队成员个人满意度、手术综合情况满意度及患者对手术满意度均较团队组建前有所提高(均P<0.05)。结论高效手术团队的建设能提高科室护理质量,增强科室凝聚力,增进手术室成员的情感交流,提高手术护理的安全性和效率。
Objective To explore the construction and running effect of efficient surgical team. Methods An efficient surgical team was established to strengthen the theory of learning and professional skills train- ing,formulate and improve rules and regulations, and strengthen communication and management. The changes of individual satisfaction of the efficient team,the satisfaction of operation situations ,patients to- wards the operation were compared before and after the establishment of the surgical team. Results The members？ satisfaction for themselves, the satisfaction of operation situations and patients＇ satisfaction to- wards＇ the operation were higher than before （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effective communication can improve nursing quality, strengthen the cohesion, enhance the emotional communication among the members, and improve the safety and work efficiency.
