仙都笋峰茶精制工艺研究

摘要 随着仙都笋峰茶产量的不断增长,因茶树品种、采摘、加工机械、炒制水平等的不同导致其外形、扁平度和色泽等品质的差异和含水量超标的问题。本文通过利用平面圆筛机、六角辉干机、名茶风选机和阶梯式拣梗机等精制设备进行整理加工仙都笋峰毛茶,并设置对比试验研究,得出具体试验参数并加以分析探讨。 With the production increasing in Xiandu Sunfeng Green Tea,the differences of each tea batchs are more pronounced,which is expressed in its configuration,flatness,color and the over standard water content.Those differences are normally caused by the various tea varieties,the different picking and processing machinery,and the jagged frying levels.In this work,Xiandu Sunfeng Green Tea was processed with plane circle-sifter,hexagonal drying machine,tea winnowing machine and step-type stalk separator.The control experiment was carried out,and the specific experimental parameters were analyzed and obtained.
