摘要
针对事发现场监测内容复杂多变,易燃易爆等特点,提出了完善应急监测预案、改善应急监测设备、加强应急监测队伍建设、强化应急监测演练,来解决油气运输事故中,应急监测能力薄弱的状况。
This paper aimed at the characteristics of the incident field monitoring contents complex and volatile as well as flammable and explosive, provide a perfect emergency monitoring plan to improve emergency monitoring equipment, to strengthen the emergency monitoring team building, strengthening emergency monitoring exercise, to solve the status of emergency monitoring capacity is weak in the oil and gas transportation accidents.
