摘要
大型石墨化阴极预焙铝电解槽强化生产后,对电解质电压降、极距、电热平衡和电流效率进行了综合的分析。利用降低槽工作电压,适当提高铝水平和减少阳极上保温料等技术措施,来维持强化生产前后的电热平衡。讨论了在这些方面的理论与实践,节能降耗的成果与经验。实现了提高电解槽产量,降低电能消耗的目的。
After high amperage pre - baked aluminum smelting pets with graphitized cathodes opera- tion, the melt voltage, interpolar distance, electric heating balance and current efficiency were ana- lyzed. With decreasing pot working voltage, properly increasing melt level and reducing covered mate- rial, the electric heating balance of pre - and post - enhanced operation was maintained. The related theory and practice were also discussed and also put forward the results and the experience on energy saving and consumption reduction. Finally the goal was achieved on increasing smelting pot output and for decreasing power consumption.
