摘要
现有的钻、修井落物打捞技术,是先用磨鞋对井内落物进行磨铣,然后再用其它打捞方式将磨铣后的碎屑打捞上来,这样,就增加了起、下钻的次数,工具更换的次数以及操作程序的复杂化,非常不利于钻井效率的提高。针对这种现状,便研制了一种新型整体式磨鞋捞杯,突出优点是减少了钻、修井过程中的起、下钻次数,工具更换的次数以及简化了操作程序,既能对井下落物进行磨铣,又能进行打捞,保证了一体多功能的特性,为加快石油打捞工具的发展提供了有效的参考价值。
Existing fish fishing technology in drilling and workover,is to use mill shoe to carry out milling fall and then use the other way to fish the debris after milling,so,the numbers of make a trip and replacement tool were increased,the operating procedures were more complex,it wasn 't conducive to improving drilling efficiency.In view of this status quo,a new type of integrated mill shoe and fish cup was developed,the fishing tool could not only mill fall but also fish fall,it reduced the numbers of make a trip and replacement tool,and simplified the operating procedures,it provided the effective reference value for the development of oil fishing tool.
