摘要
以精益生产等先进理念为指导思想,针对军工企业多品种、小批量的复杂生产特点,提出了军工行业MES系统的5大关键技术:精确的高级自动排产、集成化的协同制造、自动化的数据采集、透明化的决策支持、图形化的软件界面,构建1套适合军工企业的、广义上的MES系统,即精益化、自动化、透明化、体现协同制造、适合中国国情的MES系统。
Abstract ：Took advanced concepls of lean production as the guiding ideology, considering the characteristics of many va- rieties, small batch production of the complex of military industry, this paper put forward the five key technologies of military industry MES system, or accurate advanced production scheduling, integration of collaborative manufacture, automatic data collection, transparent decision support, graphical software interface. By using the five key technologies, a suitable for military industry, in the broadest sense of the MES system was established. It is lean, automation, transparent, collabora rive manufacturing, and suitable for Chinese national conditions of MES system.
