摘要
产品质量是企业的生命,搞好产品质量需要企业质量文化建设,而高等职业教育的质量是高职院校的生命,搞好教育教学质量管理也离不开高职院校质量文化建设。在新形势下,为了提高高职院校教育教学质量,本文以经营教育的理念对高职院校教学质量文化的构成、高职院校质量文化建设途径进行了探讨,分析认为:高校教学质量文化建设应该与学校的战略发展联系起来,分层次全面开展教学质量文化教育活动,构建质量文化框架,树立就业导向的质量观,建立就业导向的全面质量控制以及评估体系。
Product quality is the lifeblood for an enterprise, and quality-culture cultivation in an enterprise will reward it with high quality products. As for higher vocational education, education quality is also the lifeblood for the schools in this field, and education and teaching management relies highly on quality-culture construction in these schools. In this paper, the teaching quality-culture components and the ways to construct quality-culture in higher vocational schools are discussed based on the idea of education management in order to ensure higher education quality. Analysis indicates that the construction of teaching quality-culture in higher institutions should be concatenated with the development strategies of a given school, and all round activities for quality-culture education, quality-culture framework construction, employment-oriented quality idea together with quality control and evaluation system are needed.
