摘要
对目前研究生教育的现状和传统观念做了概括,提出了药学研究生创新培养需要从学科特点、培养导师方式、选题和科研角度考虑,以解决实际问题能力、创新意识和思维的培养为重点。
The current situation and traditional concept about graduate students＇ education were discussed. Some characteristics such as subject, supervisor, selection of a subject and scientific research views were greatly needed. Prob- lemsolved ability, innovative concept and thought were spent more efforts.
