摘要
邻苯二甲酸二辛酯(简称DOP)是目前使用最广、产量最大的主增塑剂。本文以DOP酯化反应动力学方程为基础,对酯化工序扩容前后进行了讨论。主要针对反应釜数量和反应温度的控制两个方面进行了基本的工艺计算。
Dioctyl phthalate（DOP） was the most widely used and the largest output main plasticizer. Based on the DOP reaction kinetic equation, before and after the esterification process expansion were discussed. Two aspects of the re- actor volume and temperature control were mainly and basically calculated.
