摘要
介绍了目前微型电动环卫专用车在收集垃圾的工作流程,以及到垃圾中转站、填埋场以及装运途中与大型专用车对接等高、低位倾卸垃圾工况时,后垃圾厢存在的缺陷,因而研发改进型后垃圾厢总成,使垃圾的收集更加方便,同时又带有自制锁紧机构总成,可利用工作流程的外力,配合相关工作流程,实现后垃圾厢在高、低位作业工况中自动完成开与闭功能。
The working process of collecting garbage for mini electric sanitation vehicles is introduced, as well as the defects existing in the rear carriage when dumping garbage at high or low position in garbage transfer statiolls, garbage landfills or at joint with large special-purpose vehicles on the way of transportation. So the rear garbage carriage which is researched and modified makes it easier to collect garbage. And with the self-lock mechanism assembly, the rear garbage carriage could implement automatic opening and closing coordinating the relevant working process by the external force of the working process.
