该文主要介绍中国先进研究型反应堆（CARR）数字化监控系统的功能和结构，重点描述了其一关键子系统一一用于核反应堆功率调节的棒控系统的控制流程和工作原理。
This paper mainly introduces the functions and structure of the digitizing monitoring system of CARR with the em- phasis on the description of the control flow and working principle of the RGL which is a key subsystem of CARR＇s monitoring sys- tem and used for power regulation of nuclear reactor.
