摘要
随着社会转型的加快,我国的城市社区出现了快速的分化,具体表现为居住群体、社区需求、住房结构、社区公共服务的分化等。要有效地治理社区分化,就要高度关注和重视社区分化问题,不断加快发展经济,重视社会公正,优化社会阶层结构,进行科学的社区规划。
With the acceleration development of social transformation, Chinese urban communities are divided rapidly. It expresses as live group, community needs, housing structure and community public service differen- tiation. To effectively deal with community differentiation, we should give a high degree of attention and empha- sis on the social differentiation, accelerate economic development, attend to social justice, optimize the struc- ture of social classes, and plan the community scientifically.
