摘要
教师专业发展的核心在于教育知识的建构运用、教育才能的发现增长和教育智慧的感悟积淀,其重要途径则是教师的自我研究。自我研究有叙事、传记、行动研究、反思等方式。教师进行自我研究是实施新课程教学的一个不可或缺的技能要求,也是提升教师自身素质的重要途径。
For some reasons current educational reform of China is relatively in a backward state, especially in underdeveloped areas and the countryside with poor qualities of teachers, teaching infrastructures, curriculum designing, and teaching methods. In order to better understand the primary connotation, significance, status quo, and strategies of regional education balanced development, this essay collects and analyzes previous interrelated studies on the problems at home and,abroad.
