摘要
针对带式输送机输送带回程段存在的粘料问题,采用水冲洗装置,解决了原刮料器刮不干净的问题。该系统实际运行效果良好,对输送机的维护具有一定的指导意义。
Aiming at the stuck material existing in the return section of conveyor beh, water flushing system is adopted in order to solve the problem that the original scraper fails to scrap it off totally. The system proves a great operation effect. This paper provides certain guidance to maintenance of the conveyor as well.
