摘要
研究了采用卷筒补偿变幅系统的单臂架门座起重机,分析了这种钢丝绳变幅系统的原理和特点,介绍了一种简单合理的卷筒补偿变幅系统:将变幅卷筒和补偿卷筒合二为一,设计和制造维护都更加方便。针对这种类型的绳索变幅系统,提出了其关键的设计要素,强调水平性并不是唯一的衡量标准。为了更好地满足设计要素,采用现代优化设计的方法,建立相关的数学模型,利用Matlab软件的优化工具箱进行了优化计算,并在工程实例中得到成功的应用。
This paper researches the single-boom portal crane with drum compensation luffing system, analyzes the principle and features of the wire rope luffing system, and introduces a simple and reasonable drum compensation system that both luffing drum and compensation drum are united together as one to provide convenience for design, manufacturing and maintenance. For this kind of wire rope luffing system, key design elements are proposed in this paper, emphasizing that horizontality is not the only design target. To better meet the design elements, the modern optimal design method is used to establish relevant mathematical model, with the optimization tool box of the Matlab software for optimal calculation, which has been successfully applied in project cases.
