摘要
应用自行构建的双室微生物燃料电池中温(30℃)处理糖蜜废水进行微生物产电。试验采取批次发酵连续运行100d,监测电压输出变化及挥发性有机酸的种类变化。结果表明:反应器接种启动后的第4天电压输出显著增加至840mV,在随后的80d电压输出稳定变化在800~960 mV。MFC的最大输出功率为230mW.m-3,内阻为85Ω,反应器运行100d后库伦效率为2.95%。在整个产电过程中,乙酸和丙酸是主要的末端发酵产物,且乙酸的产量在运行的前60d占挥发酸总量的66%以上;丙酸含量最高为32.4%。
A microbial fuel cell(MFC)was constructed to investigate possible electricity generation using molasses wastewater as substrate.The experiment was conducted in fed-batch mode under mesophilic condition(30℃),and the system operated continuously for 100 days.The results showed that stable electricity could be generated after 80 days of operation.The maximum volumetric power density was 230 mW·m-3,and coulombic efficiency(CE)of cell reached 2.95% after 100 days of operation.The anolyte comprised mainly acetate and propionate as metabolites.Acetate reached 66% of the total volatile fatty acids,and the highest propionate was 32.4%.
