摘要
目的：观察氨氯地平对高血压病病人左心室肥厚的影响。方法：对５６例未经正规治疗的原发性高血压病人使用氨氯地平 ５ ｍｇ，每日 １次，连用 ２４周。结果：氨氯地平降压总有效率为 ９３％。在降压的同时氨氯地平可降低左心室室壁厚度、左心室重量和左心室重量指数。结论：氨氯地平应用２４周可使左心室肥厚逆转。
Objective: To observe the effect of amlodipine on left ventricular hypertrophy in primary hypertensive patients. Method: 56 cases of primary hypertension untreated previously received amlodipine (5 mg,qd) for 24 weeks. Results: The total antihypertensive effective rate of amlodipine was 93%. At the same time, amlodipine reduced left ventricular wall thickness, left ventricular mass weight and left ventricular mass weight index. Conclusion: Treatment with amlodipine for 24 weeks may induce left ventricular hypertrophy regression.
