摘要
目的:研究基于高效液相的黄连药性物质组群对实热证模型大鼠IL-1β、IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α含量的影响。方法:皮下注射2,4-二硝基苯酚复制大鼠实热证模型,分别使用黄连水煎液、热性趋势标记物、寒性趋势标记物,在模型复制后0.5h按体重(10ml/kg)灌胃进行治疗,测定IL-1β、IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α含量。结果:与空白对照组相比,模型对照组IL-1β、IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α含量明显升高(P<0.05);与模型对照组相比,水煎液组、寒性趋势标记组、IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α含量明显降低(P<0.05),热性趋势标记组IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α含量明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:基于高效液相的黄连药性物质组群对实热证模型大鼠IL-1β、IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α含量升高有治疗作用。
Objective: To investigate the affects of berberine substance groups obtained from HPLC on the content of IL-1β,IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-α of the excessive heat syndrome rat model.Method: The excessive heat syndrome rat model was replicated by subcutaneous injection of 2,4-dinitrophenol.The serum content of IL-1β,IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-α was detected after the model was treat with hot trend markers,cold trend markers and the decotion group of berberine by gavage according to the weight of 10ml/Kg after the model copied 0.5 hours ago respectively.Result: Compared with the control group,the contend of IL-1β,IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-α increased significantly in the model group(P0.05).At the same time,cold trends markers group and the decotion group's content of IL-1β,IL-6 and TNF-α and the hot trends markers group's content of IL-6,L-8 and TNF-α decrease significantly compared with model group((P0.05).Conclusion: The cold trend markers among the berberine substance groups obtained from HPLC have effects to cure the increasing metabolism of the excessive heat syndrome model rats.
