摘要
帕金森病正严重威胁着我国老年人群的生命安全与生活质量,现代医学至今尚未攻克;近年来中医药防治帕金森病因具有整体调节、协同作用及毒副作用小而备受关注。帕金森病发病机理主要以黑质多巴胺能神经元显著缺失而导致纹状体内的多巴胺含量下降为主要特征,因此笔者查阅了近10多年的国内外文献,主要对治疗帕金森病中药及其复方在升高脑内多巴胺含量方面的实验研究进行全面的概述和探讨,为治疗帕金森病和进一步研发具有自主知识产权的中药新药提供参考依据。
A serious threat to the life safety and quality of senior citizens in our country, Parkinson disease （PD） has not been conquered by mod- em medicine, while traditional Chinese medicine has been catching the public eyes due to its overall adjustment, synergy and little side effects in prevention and treatment of PD in recent years. The pathogenesis of PD is mainly characterized by decreased dopamine content in corpus striatum caused by significant loss of substantia nigra dopaminergic neurons. Therefore, having looked up domestic and foreign litera- ture of recent 10 years, the author made a comprehensive overview and discussion of experimental research of traditional Chinese medicine and its compound about raising dopamine content in brain, providing references to the treatment of PD as well as further research and develop- ment of new Chinese herbal medicine with independent intellectual property rights.
