摘要
目的:探讨肝细胞癌(HCC)的MR信号特征与癌组织病理分级、DNA含量之间的关系。方法:用DEN诱导大鼠HCC,于不同时相点观察其MR信号变化,并对其细胞核DNA含量做相应的定量分析。结果:共诱发51个HCC,T_2WI均呈高信号,T_1WT呈高(10/51)、等(915)、低(32/51)信号,其中高信号者于诱癌早期多见,病理上多为Ⅰ、Ⅱ级,低信号者以晚期多见,主要为Ⅲ、Ⅳ级。随着高信号向低信号的演变DNA含量呈增加趋势。结论:在HCC的演进过程中其T_1 WI信号遵循由低到高的规律,从MR信号特征可间接判断HCC的恶性程度。
Objective: To study the relationship of signal pattern on MRI and pathologic grading and nuclear DNA content in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC ). Methods: HCC was induced in rats by DEN.On different time phases MR examinations were per- formed. The nuclear DNA contents were quantitatively analyzed with an imaging analyzer, Results:51 lesions were detected.On T_2 WI images all lesions appeared hyperinitense.On T_1 - Weighted images they showed various signal patterns, including hyperintensity (10/51), isointensity (9/51) and hypointensity (32/51).The lesions with hyperintensity were found mostly in the early phases, and pathologicaly graded as Fdmonson Ⅰ - Ⅱ. Hypointense HCC were found mostly in later phases, and accounted for most Ⅲ-Ⅳ HCC. With the change of signal from hyperintensity to hypointensity, the nuclear DNA content in HCC tissue increased.Concl- usions:The malignancy grade of HCC can be determined indirectly by the signal pattern on T_1 - weighted images.
