摘要
目的:数据库是现代医院信息管理中的核心内容。本文介绍了医院信息系统的概念、功能结构组成,国内外的研究历史及现状,分析了存在的主要问题及发展趋势;数据库管理系统的概念及功能、发展历史及发展趋势。进而分析医院数据库的设计需求,提出安全优化策略等,阐述了如何将数据库管理系统更好的应用到医院信息管理中。通过对医院信息系统及数据库管理系统的了解,分析医院数据库的设计需求,提出安全优化策略及如何将数据库管理系统更好地应用到医院信息管理中。方法:大量阅读国内外相关的文献,相应进行总结归纳与分析。结果:总结了医院信息系统的概念、功能结构组成,国内外研究历史及现状,分析了存在的主要问题及发展趋势;数据库管理系统的概念及功能、发展历史及发展趋势。进而分析医院数据库的设计需求,提出安全优化策略等,阐述了如何将数据库管理系统更好的应用到医院信息管理中。结论:医院最关注系统的高可用性和数据库数据的高度安全。合理的运用医院管理系统将使医院效率事半功倍。
Objective： Nowadays,database has become the core of hospital information system（HIS）.This paper mainly talks about the concept and the consist of HIS,database management system（DBMS）,as well as its history and development all over the world,the problems it contains,development tendency and how to design a HIS based on DBMS and insure its security.And how to apply DBMS to HIS better.Through the acknowledgment of the hospital information system and the database management system,as well as analysis of the demands of designing hospital databases,carry on security strategies and how to apply database management system to the hospital information management.Methods： Reading a huge number of articles in wide dimension,then make summary and analysis.Results： This paper summarizes the concept and the consist of HIS,database management system（DBMS）,as well as its history and development all over the world,the problems it contains,development tendency and how to design a HIS based on DBMS and insure its security.And how to apply DBMS to HIS better.Conclusions： The hospitals pay most attention to how useful it is and the security of it.With a reasonable hospital management system,the hospital will yield twice the result with half the effort.
