摘要
神经细胞兴奋性的代谢调节作为控制癫痫发作的一个重要因素已经逐步被认识到。糖酵解抑制剂生酮饮食、2-脱氧葡萄糖、1,6-二磷酸果糖通过降低神经细胞的兴奋性从而发挥抗癫痫作用,其疗效在临床上已经明确,但是其具体抗癫痫机制尚不完全清楚。本文对其抗癫痫机制的新研究进展进行综述。
Metabolic regulation of neuronal excitability was increasingly recognized as an important factor in seizure control. Reducing the excitability of nerve cells is the way which ketogenic diet, 2-deoxy-D-glucose and fructose-1,6-bisphosphate provides the antiepileptic effects. Although the specific antiepileptic mechanism is not fully understood,good clinical effects of glycolysis inhibitor were obtained. In this article,the progress on the antiepileptic mechanism of glycolysis inhibitor was reviewed.
