摘要
传统的碱法脱墨技术已经成熟,早已实现工业化。但传统脱墨工艺使用的大量化学药品,是固体和液体废弃物的主要来源。因此脱墨应该寻求高效的、污染负荷少的工艺。而新型脱墨技术正是近几年才发展起来的解决这些问题的一种有效的新方法。其既可减轻大量使用化学品而造成的环境污染,又可提高纸浆的抄造性能,对于废纸的脱墨生产具有很大的应用潜力。
The traditional technology of alkaline deinking has matured and been industrialization. But traditional deinked technology use lots of chemicals and is the source of solid and liquid waste ,so we should seek a kind of deinked technology which is efficient and has less pollution. The new deinked technology is a new method to solve these problems. It can reduce the environmental pollution by u- sing less chemicals ,and can improve the property of the pulping. It has great potential for the produc- ting of waste paper deinking.
