摘要
本文根据饲料中4种抗氧化剂的性质以及根据农业部关于《饲料添加剂品种目录(2008)》中规定在饲料中允许使用4种合成抗氧化剂的要求,为达到采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC法)测定4种抗氧化剂的目的,对样品的不同提取方法和各类色谱条件的符合性进行了研究分析,经过大量试验获得了良好的试验结果,能够为HPLC法测定抗氧化剂的准确含量方面提供了良好的技术支撑和试验基础。
The present paper has analysed different extraction methods and disparate chromatographic conditions of four kinds of antioxidant in feed, using high performance liquid chromatography （HPLC）, according to the properties of four kinds of antioxidant and the requirement that the Ministry of Agriculture permits four kinds of antioxidant used in fodder from 《Assortment Directory Lists of Feed Additive Agent （2008）》.The study achieved good outcomes through numerous experiments, the study can offer good techniques and trial basics for detecting the content of four kinds of antioxidant by high performance liquid chromatography.
