摘要
通过对某中医药大学232名应届本科毕业生的问卷调查表明:①大学毕业生就业压力来自7个方面,分别是:供需矛盾、求职竞争激烈的压力;对工作功利性要求的压力;对工作一般性要求的压力;专业素质欠缺的压力;综合素质欠缺的压力;职业定位模糊的压力和缺少家庭帮助的压力。②大学毕业生感知到的就业压力处于轻度与中度之间,除供需矛盾、求职竞争激烈的压力在中度以上之外,其余各因素的压力水平均低于中度。③不同专业的毕业生在就业压力的各因素上均存在明显差异,中医学民办专业毕业生的就业压力高于中医学公办专业和心理学专业。④来自乡镇的大学毕业生在就业压力的各个因素上的得分均高于来自城市的大学毕业生,差异显著。建议针对不同专业、不同生源地学生的特点进行就业指导和心理辅导。
Through the questionnaire survey of 232 fresh graduates of University of Chinese Medicine, it showed that:①Employment pressure of university graduates were from seven aspects, namely, contradiction between supply and demand and high competition of job hunting; utilitarian requirements of work; general requirements of job; lack of professional quality; lack of the overall quality; fuzzy professional orientation and lack of family help. ②Employment pressure perceived by university graduates was between slight degree and mild degree. Except that the contradiction between supply and demand and intense competition of job hunting were above mild degree, the other factors were in a degree that less than mild. ③Stress degrees were obvious different among graduates with different majors. Employment pressure of students graduated from Hanlin College was higher than those form state-run college and Psychology College. ④University graduates from village and town got higher score than those from city on each stress factor, and it had significantly difference. It should carry out vocational counsel and psychological guidance according to students" different majors and hometowns.
