摘要
目的观察运用景观治疗对于丧偶初期老干部存在健康问题的治疗效果。方法收集老干部疗养员中丧偶10～30d来院疗养者35人,进行个性化的景观治疗,用测量心率的方法控制运动量,用心理调适辅助治疗,用询问与体检方法分析疗效。结果 85.71%的疗养员取得了满意的治疗效果,其中40.00%的老人重新树立了生活目标。结论景观对于丧偶早期老人的身心疾患有明显的治疗作用。
Objective To discuss the therapeutic action of landscape on the newly widowed veteran cadres with health problems. Meth- ods 35 veteran cadre convalescents who lost their spouses within 10-30 days were treated with personalized landscape therapy,their quantity of motion was controlled by measuring heart rate, with mental accommodation as adjuvant therapy, and the curative effect was analyzed by inquiry and physical examination.Results After the landscape treatment, 85.71% of the convalescents achieved satisfactory treatment effects,among which 40.00% of them reset up new life goals.Oonclusion Landscape treatment is effective obviously to physical and spiritual diseases among the old people who newly lose their spouses.
