采用CAD Cadence仿真工具研究与分析水下航行器电路的可靠性

摘要 由于传统可靠性分析方法为手工推算法,难以预计水下航行器在实际工作时的真实可靠性指标,因此介绍一种利用电子CAD Cadence系统的DF/Viable软件工具,对动态运行状态下的水下航行器电路进行可靠性分析的新方法和过程,并以此方法进行一个水下航行器滤波器电路的实例分析,取得显著的应用效果。通过将传统分析方法与该方法的差异比较,还给出新方法的适用性评价,由此探索一条水下航行器电路动态可靠性分析的新途径。 Since traditional analysis method of reliability is the manual calculation, it is hard to predict the real reliability index of underwater vehicle when its electric circuits are actually in work. This paper introduces a new method and process, which uses DF/Viable software tool of electronic CAD Cadence system to carry out reliability analysis on underwater vehicle electric circuits in dynamic operation condition. The approach has been applied to an example analysis of a wave filter circuit of an underwater vehicle and achieves remarkable effect. By comparing this method with traditional analysing method for differences, the adaptability assessment of the new method is also given. Therefore, a new approach for reliability analysis for underwater vehicle electric circuits in dynamic condition is explored.
